In the peaceful hamlet of Treen, Corner Cottage is a traditional granite cottage in a charming location. The exposed ceiling beams, granite fireplace with cosy woodburner and comfortable furnishings make for a very snug, relaxing and well thought out hideaway. The courtyard patio is a lovely area for relaxing and dining and is fully enclosed; ideal for dog owners.

The 'Logan Rock' pub is a 30 yards stroll down the hill. The farm next door now sells milk and fresh eggs daily. Treen Farm Campsite shop is open between 8am and 8pm between April and November. Run by Gill, it sells local meat, vegetables and bread and also has an alcohol licence.

Treen Café, Cocktail Bar and Shop is a fantastic establishment, recommended in The Times Local Produce Campaign. The cafe sells and serves delicious food almost entirely locally produced (and homemade), all in Cornwall and most within nine miles. This includes artisan bread; elderflower wine; Polgoon fruit juices; yogurts; jams and marmalades and Cornish cheeses AND is now open as a cocktail bar during the season.

St Buryan is two miles away where you will find a small (Londis) supermarket, selling a wide range of goods and newspapers. While you are there, the 14th century church is well worth a visit.

A 20 minute walk over the cliff will take you to the 'Logan Rock' and the spectacular Pedn-y-Vounder beach beyond. Nearby Porthcurno, Porthchapel and Porthgwarra beaches are easily accessible by car, and for those with young children, Sennen Cove (less than five miles away) is famous for its fantastic beach and surfing opportunities.
If you are looking for fantastic walks then the South West Coastal Path is 15 minutes walk with immediate spectacular views.
