A short walk from Brogh Cottage is the local `Costcutter` supermarket and the adjacent `190 Degree West` fish and chip shop. A little further along the road brings The First and Last Inn serving good food and drink.

Sennen Cove, with its famous beach, is a ten minute walk, or short drive, down the hill. Eating houses, mini-market, art gallery and the famous Old Succes Inn can be found at the Cove - along with the RNLI Lifeboat Station, which is always worth a visit.
Local fish is sometimes available direct from the fishing boats - mid morning being a favourite time.

Brogh Cottage is also a good base from which to explore the many superb beaches and attractions of West Cornwall.
