Skillywadden Barn is approximately 200 years old, and has recently been converted to provide modern accommodation for up to 4 people. It is situated in ideal touring and walking country, on the Tinnners Way, a footpath that runs from St. Just to St. Ives, and close to the South West Coast Path.

The accommodation comprises an entrance hall from enclosed garden, 1 twin and one double bedroom, each with its own en suite toilet and shower on the ground floor, and living accommodation on the first floor.

The sitting room has views over the moorland from a large picture window, roof lights, and log burning stove, inaddition to central heating radiators. The dining kitchen is fully equipped with double oven electric cooker, microwave, refrigerator with small freezer compartment, dishwasher and washing machine.
